You don’t have to do it alone…
I work with individuals ready to take a brave step toward change. Together, we slow down, build self-understanding, and create greater calm, clarity, and connection in your life and relationships.
Therapy offers support.
Where we meet.
Therapy looks different for everyone, which is why I offer flexible options to fit your needs and preferences. I’m offering in-person sessions in Santa Cruz, outdoor nature walk and talk sessions in Los Gatos, and virtual sessions for those located in California.
About Me
Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist California License #145995 Supervised by David Powers, CA LMFT 110906, LPCC 7434
I bring over ten years of experience supporting individuals, parents, and couples ready to take meaningful steps toward healing and connection. My passion for this work began early, when I supported foster teens in Santa Clara County, and later teaching parenting classes in a reunification program. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in tech recruiting, which gave me firsthand insight into the challenges of balancing career, self-care, and family life.
I especially enjoy working with parents, college students, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, mood challenges, and work or life stress. I offer a supportive, collaborative space to better understand what you're experiencing, build practical tools, and move toward the life you want.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapy and tailored to each person's needs, with a focus on building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

Sessions take place on a pre-selected, tested trail in Los Gatos with comfortable places to sit and take in the surrounding nature. Walking is optional—we can walk, sit, or simply settle into one spot for the session, depending on what feels most comfortable.

Prepare for your first therapy session by reflecting on your goals, jotting down thoughts, arriving early, being open-minded and honest, and prioritizing self-care before and after the session.
