Individuals

Each person brings unique experiences, strengths, and challenges into therapy. In our work together, I offer a collaborative space to explore what’s working in your life and what may no longer serve you. Whether you're managing stress, navigating a diagnosis, facing relationship issues, or feeling stuck, therapy provides a place to slow down and understand your inner world. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, shift behaviors, and develop practical strategies for emotional balance and meaningful change.

My integrative approach draws from CBT, ACT, somatic practices, and solution-focused techniques, all grounded in current neuroscience. Understanding how the brain and nervous system respond to stress and habits helps us address patterns that feel automatic or hard to shift. CBT helps reframe limiting beliefs; ACT builds presence and alignment with your values; and somatic work supports nervous system regulation and emotional processing. I also use EMDR to help you process and rewire distressing memories so they no longer feel stuck or overwhelming. This neuroscience-informed lens guides personalized strategies that build resilience and lasting transformation.

Parents & Perinatal Support

Parenting brings incredible rewards—and real challenges. Whether you're navigating the early stages of parenthood, adjusting after a diagnosis, managing behavioral concerns, or working through co-parenting dynamics, support can make a meaningful difference. I work with parents facing a wide range of stressors, including perinatal mental health concerns such as postpartum depression, anxiety, and the grief that can accompany miscarriage or birth trauma. I also support families navigating ADHD, academic stress, sports, neurodiverse needs, and the complexities of IEPs and school systems.

Together, we’ll build on your strengths and explore strategies that support both your child’s development and your own emotional well-being. We focus on communication, regulating stress, and finding steadier ground. This work helps create space for more connected, confident parenting, tailored to your family’s unique needs and experiences.

Couples

Relationships can be both deeply fulfilling and profoundly challenging. Whether you're feeling disconnected, facing recurring conflict, or looking to strengthen your bond, therapy offers a space to reflect, reconnect, and move forward together. I work with couples in all stages of partnership, including those navigating co-parenting, life transitions, or rebuilding trust.

In our work, we explore communication patterns, emotional dynamics, and the underlying beliefs that shape how you relate to one another. Drawing from Relational Life Therapy (RLT), the process emphasizes honesty, relational accountability, and practical tools to shift unhelpful cycles. Together, we develop strategies to resolve conflict more effectively, foster mutual respect, and create a deeper, more intentional connection.

Therapeutic Approach

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT focuses on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In session, this might look like identifying thought patterns that contribute to stress or conflict, and working together to reframe them in ways that feel more balanced and helpful. We explore how certain beliefs may be influencing your emotions or choices, and develop practical strategies for responding differently.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a structured therapy that helps people process and heal from difficult or traumatic experiences. In our sessions, I guide you to briefly focus on a specific memory while using bilateral stimulation—like eye movements, tapping, or sounds—to help the brain naturally process the memory. This combination helps reduce the emotional intensity and vividness of the memory, making it feel more manageable over time. Click here to learn more.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT helps you connect with your values and build psychological flexibility. In practice, this means learning how to make room for difficult thoughts or feelings without letting them take over — and staying grounded in what matters most to you. Sessions often include mindfulness, values clarification, and skill-building to help you respond more intentionally, even during emotionally charged moments.

Somatic Practices

Somatic work invites awareness of the body and its role in emotional processing. This might involve noticing where tension or discomfort shows up during a conversation, learning to regulate your breathing, or using grounding techniques when you feel overwhelmed. These practices help you tune in to your nervous system and develop tools for calming and centering yourself in real time.
